When will I receive my order?
You should receive your order four weeks after the closing date of your store.
Where do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping for our products. Shipping costs for orders to Australia and New Zealand will be calculated during checkout. For delivery to other countries, please reach out to us, and we'll gladly provide a customized shipping quote.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We centralise all distribution from our ISO9001 certified warehouse in China to our offices in Australia. Items that are stocked will be shipped from either our Newcastle or South Melbourne offices.
VAT and other taxes
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; S-Trend has no control over these charges, nor can S-Trend predict what they may be.
Exchanges and returns
Exchanges or returns for change of mind, ordering errors, or any reason other than a manufacturing fault will not be accepted on made-to-order items. Exchanges may be accepted for stocked items, and in such cases, you will be responsible for the postage cost of both the return and replacement items. Please allow 5-7 days for your refund to be processed, as returned items must be checked for restocking.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please notify us as soon as possible and refrain from wearing the item.
